Total weight lost: 21.6 pounds!
I felt a bit unfocused this week.  I need to work on handling a busy schedule while still keeping diet and exercise a priority.

This week's weight: 241.2 pounds
This week's difference: +1.6 pounds
Total weight lost: 18.2 pounds! 
Unfortunately, I had a much deserved gain this week.  I say much deserved because you can't eat whatever you want, not exercise and expect to maintain your weight (let alone lose).  Lesson learned.  Next Friday will yield MUCH different results, I promise!
